When Alain Caron and his sons announced to open a restaurant, we already wanted to book a table. Without knowing the ideas and the concept, the expectations were already high.
Alain Caron is a big name in the chef’s world (known from Masterchef and his own cookbooks), and his sons have a great network in social Amsterdam, so the ingredients for a succes were already there.
And they didn’t disappoint us..
Cosy, friendly, personal, and a menu we liked on paper, but loved when tasted.
